By building and training a team of mentors, Thinkful provides one-on-one support for students to improve retention and educational outcomes. While other e-learning companies provide self-directed learning opportunities, Thinkful focuses on results and employer readiness. The Company is building a network of mentors to train students and employers who can hire Thinkful graduates.
