Vastera is the leading provider of solutions for Global Trade Management. The company completed an IPO in September 2000 (VAST), and was subsequently acquired by JP Morgan in January 2005. Jim Robinson IV served as the Director.

Vastera was acquired from JP Morgan Chase by Livingston International in April 2012.
