Laurel is responsible for RRE’s portfolio impact efforts as well as the firm’s marketing, encompassing a number of programs like RRE LEAD, which provides leadership development training to every level of manager within the portfolio. Laurel loves supporting startups and the NYC tech community, driving it to be a bigger, better, and more inclusive space.
Laurel comes to RRE from x.ai, an AI scheduling software startup, where she worked to define and publicize their vision of scheduling nirvana. She created a thriving customer community of x.ai fans called Time Lords and also executed the marketing relaunch of the company. Before that, she was part of the early Work-Bench Ventures team, where she helped create the home for enterprise technology in NYC by building out their ecosystem of enterprise technology startups and buyers through initiatives like content and events.
Laurel holds a B.A./B.S. in International Relations and Environmental Studies with honors from Tufts University. By night, she’s into art, reading, boba, and dog parks.
